Deep Sea Voyage is a Franklin and Friends special. It is approximately double the length of a normal episode and comprises a single story.
Summary[]
Franklin and Bear (along with Mr. Turtle who is supervising) are excited to meet their heroes from the Aqua Rescue Patrol, Paco and Francesca, but unfortunately the two heroes are called away at the last minute and don't show up when scheduled. Franklin and Bear and Mr. Turtle end up meeting a new hero, Captain Del with his first mate Olive, who takes them on a tour under the ocean. Franklin and Bear (and Olive, who is also a fan) do get to meet Paco and Francesca after all when the two heroes have to be saved after their sub breaks down. Being forced to stay underwater when a storm up top makes it dangerous for Del's old Sea Plunker to dock, the team proves to be courageous and work together helping creatures and each other.
