James Christian "Jim" Rankin (born October 4, 1951, Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian actor and puppeteer who voiced Mr. Owl in the original Franklin series. In the episode "Franklin Has the Hiccups," he also voiced Mr. Wolverine. Rankin is best known for his work on Scary Movie 3 and Superman: Requiem.
