Mrs. Fox is Fox's mother who is the wife of Mr. Fox. She was voiced by Elizabeth Hanna.
Mrs. Fox appears at the Turtle family baby shower in Franklin and the Green Knight along with her husband. The two present the family with a gift of baby booties for the new baby. She later cheers her son during the class's play of The Quest of the Green Knight and eats cake together with Mr. Fox at the after-party.
In the book version of Franklin and the Thunderstorm, Franklin and his friends are playing in the tree house by the Fox family home instead of near the library. Mrs. Fox calls for them to come inside as the storm gets worse and Fox tells her that it's alright, that they're in the tree. She, however, comes out, warning them that it's dangerous to be in a tree during a storm. After they are indoors, she brings the group treats. She also lights candles and turns on a flashlight, but Franklin, afraid of the storm, refuses to come out of his shell until his friends help him to relax.
