Mrs. Goose is Woodland Library's librarian and Goose's mother, though she's generally seen in the library. Her first name is unknown. Mrs. Goose is cheerful and tends to talk in an enthusiastic tone of voice. She has been wearing glasses since she was a little baby much like Franklin's Granny shortly after she hatched from her egg.
Her mother died (perhaps of natural causes) sometime before she married Mr. Goose and only her elderly father which is Grandpa Goose is still alive. Her older brother and sister are married twin siblings and have a daughter named Giselle which is Mrs. Goose’s niece.
