Noah Nicholas Reid (born May 29, 1987) is a Canadian musician, singer and actor who is known for voicing the titular character in the first five seasons of Franklin (and in the episode "Franklin's Father," he also voiced his father as a kid). The role of Frankin was given to Cole Caplan for the sixth season after Reid was unable to voice the character after hitting puberty.
A performer from a very early age, Reid got his start playing Chip in the Toronto production of Disney's Beauty and the Beast: The Musical in 1995.
A career in voiceover, television and film soon followed, but Reid's connection to the theatre has stayed strong; he graduated from both the Etobicoke School of the Arts and the National Theatre School of Canada, and has performed at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival and Toronto's Soulpepper theatre.
