Pip is a penguin who lives with his family at the South Pole. He is a brave adventurer seen in the Franklin and Friends special Polar Explorer. He is voiced by a currently unknown actor.
Plot[]
Franklin and his parents Mr. and Mrs. Turtle pay a visit to the North Pole to seek a treasure left by Franklin's Great Aunt Harriet. While there, Franklin expresses excitement at the idea of seeing penguins, only to be told that he won't as penguins all live at the South Pole. He is, therefore, very surprised when he is bowled over by a penguin named Pip. When Franklin expresses surprise at seeing him, Pip notes that you don't normally see turtles at the North Pole either. Pip turns out to be an adventurer and decides to join the Turtle family in their adventure.
