Franklin Wiki

Porcupine is a character who only shows up in "Franklin and the Secret Club" and in the Franklin Rides a Bike book. Porcupine is 7 years old.

She is voiced by Sharai-Ann Ross-Laney.

Plot[]

In "Franklin and the Secret Club", she creates a secret club and appeared to be openly rude, snobby and selfish, not letting Franklin and Snail join, but she quickly got over it. She finally learns the true meaning of friendship at the end of this episode. Possibly, she is Coach Porcupine's daughter.

In the book version of Franklin Rides a Bike, Franklin observes Porcupine rollerblading. She is moving very slowly and wearing pads on her knees, wrists and elbows. She tells him that they make her feel funny, but help keep her safe. Seeing this, Franklin is inspired to wear padding himself so he won't get hurt if he falls off his bike when learning to ride without training wheels.

Personality[]

Porcupine has a charming and cunning attitude, coming off as playful, friendly, well-liked and very smart. She is mature and calm-minded, but she can be selfish at times. She is also bossy like Beaver is.
